Having somehow missed all the announcements, I stumbled into Exctinction Rebellion's September 20th gathering and protest. Equipped with only my photographic lenses, I did my best to document the people who gathered in a public call to action. A mutually present sense of desperation and hope was felt by all.

The good people around us are the examples we should follow. In this documentary we take as example priest Peter as the key to understanding unconditional love. The project is to set an example for more people and encourage them to take action more often. The film poses the question: why does this man go above and beyond the obligations of his position and what does it take to change an entire community and grow from its past?
I worked on this film with Irina Iliesei, a Romanian film producer. I took the role of Director of Photography, Sound Engineer, Sound Editor and Sound Designer; Irina directed and produced the film - we edited it together.

A fast-paced promotional video I shot & edited for an environment-oriented event some young summer camp participators organized.
Another event the youth put together was 'Save the Piano', where they restored an unused piano and traveled with it around the seaside resort. This is the promo video for their second venture.
A short film made in the second half of my first year at university, THE ASTRAL GYPSY tells the story of spina-bifida sufferer, artist Al Davison. I directed, shot, edited & designed the sound of this film. Around the time I made the film I started listening to podcasts like Radiolab and 99% Invisible and I think that heavily inspired the movie's unique sound.
Directed, co-written, shot and edited by yours truly, flew right by is a one-shot short film made in my final year of high school.
It is a 9-minute walkthrough of a day in the life of a student in a quirky, hyperbolic representation of high school.
I heavily drew inspiration from Iñárritu's brilliant Birdman and made the short appear like it were shot in a continuous take and used its percussion-only soundtrack.
It was my first venture at directing a large cast of people with many extras and lots of scenes, and my first project in which I operated my GlideCam. I also grew remarkably as an editor and added heaps of tricks to my arsenal.
